SK Homes Property Care is part of the SK Homes family and run as its own business.
What we do
We look after the work that gets a house ready for its next chapter. Sellers want it looking its best for photos and open homes. Landlords need it safe, compliant and ready for the next tenant. New owners want the jobs sorted before the boxes come in.
You deal with one point of contact from the first message to the final photos. Electrical and plumbing work is always done by licensed electricians and plumbers, and every other job by qualified tradespeople.
Part of the SK Homes family
SK Homes provides independent property inspections and Healthy Homes assessments in Auckland, Hamilton and Palmerston North. SK Homes Property Care is a separate business that shares the SK Homes name. The two businesses are run, quoted and invoiced separately.
Our independence promise
An inspection is only useful if it's independent. So SK Homes inspections and Property Care work are kept apart.
- Property Care never pitches repair work on a home SK Homes has inspected for you.
- SK Homes inspection reports never recommend Property Care for repairs.
