SK Homes Property Care is a property maintenance business in Auckland. In this policy "we" means SK Homes Property Care.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a job we collect your name, contact details, the property address and details about the work. If you send photos of the property, we keep those with your job.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, book and complete work, and invoice you
- To share job details with the tradespeople doing the work
- To contact you about your job
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with SK Homes for marketing.
Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the job, our records and the law, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at office@skhomespropertycare.co.nz. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. The quote form doesn't send your details anywhere by itself. It turns them into a message that you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email.
