Get a New Owner quotePackage prices are for a home of up to 3 bedrooms on one level in standard condition. Two-storey homes, larger homes and anything on the roof are quoted after a visit.
The repair allowance in each package covers labour and materials. Anything beyond it, and any work outside a package, is charged at $75 an hour plus GST ($86.25 incl GST), 1 hour minimum, with materials at cost.
Every job gets a written, itemised quote before work starts. If we find something extra once we're on site, we tell you and price it before going ahead.
Jobs over $30,000 come with the written contract and disclosure statement required under the Building Act.
